General Instructions
Please bring your poster to the congress yourself. The Congress Secretariat provides equipment for setting up the posters on the boards.
All poster presenters will have the opportunity to discuss their work during Poster networking sessions:
- 18:00 - 19:30 on Monday and Tuesday
- 16:30 - 18:00 on Wednesday
This is the moment when you should be present next to your poster in order to discuss it.
Everyone will be able to view your poster during coffee and lunch breaks which will take place every day between 11:00 - 11:30 and 12:30 - 14:00.

Poster Specifications
The measurement of your poster should be approximately A0 Portrait, (maximum 84.1 cm wide x 118.9 high – 33.1 in. wide and 46.8 in. high).
All posters should include the title, name of authors, institution, city, and country. The lettering of the title should be a least 25 mm high and the main text at least 10 mm high.
The poster should be easily readable from a distance of 2 meters.
Mounting and Taking Down the Posters
Posters can be mounted between 8.00-10.00 of the day of the presentation
Posters can be taken down between 19.30-20.00 (on Monday, 10 July and Tuesday, 11 July) or between 18.00-18.30 (on Wednesday) of the day of the presentation.
