OTS 14: DGHM Offered Talks Session: Diagnosis And Clinical Microbiology
This session addresses the rapidly advancing developments and findings in infectious disease diagnostics and clinical microbiology. The content will range from new detection methods, determination of virulence and resistance determinants to microbiome determination and novel tools for investigating outbreaks of multidrug-resistant organisms. Special emphasis is placed on contributions to genome-based pathogen diagnostics promoted by the German Society for Microbiology and Hygiene (DGHM).
